Sayreville NJ Real Estate Market – August 2026 The August 2026 Sayreville real estate market saw a big increase in the number of homes available for sale. For single-family homes, 80 new listings came on the market, up from 44 last August, while 34 homes closed, the same number as August 2025. The median sales price was $520,000, compared with $562,500 last August. Homes took a little longer to sell, averaging 46 days on the market, and sellers received an average of 101.3% of their asking price. Inventory also increased substantially, with 112 single-family homes for sale, compared with 62 a year ago. Overall, buyers had more homes to choose from in August, but homes were still selling for slightly above asking price on average.
